Cashback Program Overview:

The Cashback Program is a program that the Patel Real Estate Group offers exclusively to their clients. This program is designed for serious clients who are looking to buy or sell a home. This Cashback Program can help clients in various ways for buyers or sellers upon successful transaction (see terms below). This could aid them in relieving the stress of moving costs, costs associated with the transaction itself (eg, Lawyer fees) or even aid in helping them furnish their new homes. The beauty of the this program is that, just because you enroll in the program it does not mean we are limiting our services to you. You will still obtain the best quality of service with full communication and around the clock help. It's a program that we use to ensure our clients always walk away happy from their transaction(s). 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Buyer(s) must enter into an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement with Amit (Amu) Patel and George Szep on behalf of HomeLife/Miracle LTD., Brokerage. 
2. To qualify, the paid commission to HomeLife/Miracle LTD., should be a minimum of 2.5%.
3. The Cashback amount is only paid to the name(s) registered on the agreement of purchase and sale upon successful closing.
4. The Cashback is not offered for properties listed by Amit (Amu) Patel and George Szep on behalf of HomeLife/Miracle LTD., Brokerage.
5. In order to obtain the Cashback Program you must enroll in the CashBack Program via the information input sheet below.
6. If it is discovered that the buyer(s) were under contract with another brokerage before, during and after the signing of the Buyer Representation Agreement with Amit (Amu) Patel and George Szep on behalf of HomeLife/Miracle LTD., Brokerage, the buyer agrees to refund the paid Cashback amount to Amit (Amu) Patel and George Szep within 2 Business Days.

This cashback program is offered by Amit (Amu) Patel and George Szep, not all registrants/Realtors of HomeLife/Miracle are offering this program. The cashback is guaranteed and paid personally by Amit (Amu) Patel and George Szep and not HomeLife/Miracle LTD., Brokerage. Cashback is only paid after Amit (Amu) Patel and George Szep receive their portion of the completed transaction commission, within 30 days of completion.
